Cummins Production Associate
Production Associate at the company works on engine manufacturing, assembly, and machining. Entry-level role with temp-to-hire potential. No prior experience required, but mechanical inclination is helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and engine components using hand and power tools
Load, run, and unload CNC machines
Set up machines and change tools
Deliver parts to and from production lines
Inspect components for quality
Perform additional assembly, machining, or material handling tasks
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Driven individual serious about advancing their career
Excellent reliability and longevity in previous work history
Pass client-specific prerequisite testing
Strong work ethic and solid attendance
Mechanically inclined
Experience with machine operation, production, assembly, forklift, and CNC is desired
Flexible to work 2nd or 3rd shift
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English

Benefits:
Pay rate $19.00 per hour on 1st shift, $19.50 per hour on 2nd and 3rd shifts
4 days of paid time off
Double time after 48 hours worked in a week
Temp-to-hire opportunity
