Recruiter (Technical – IT/SAP)

Recruiter (Technical - IT/SAP) responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and matching SAP and IT professionals with projects globally, and collaborating with leadership to deliver on challenging searches. Works in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing, building relationships with SAP and IT professionals and matching them with projects globally.

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and referrals to identify top-tier SAP and IT talent.

• Screen, vet, and guide candidates through the recruitment process, looking beyond keywords to understand their experience, goals, and motivations.

• Work directly with the leadership team to understand client needs and deliver on challenging searches.

• Keep your pipeline sharp while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or commission-driven environment.

• Goal-oriented and driven by results.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident speaking with people, asking thoughtful questions, and building trust.

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.

• Bilingual French-English is a strong asset.
