Program Director
We're seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the strategy, execution, and oversight of our programs. This role is responsible for driving program vision, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of planning, people management, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall program strategy, setting clear goals, timelines, and success metrics
Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring they remain on scope, on budget, and on schedule
Lead, mentor, and develop program staff and cross-functional teams
Manage program budgets, allocate resources, and report on financial performance
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and senior leadership
Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and use data to drive continuous improvement
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that could impact program delivery
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and reporting requirements
Communicate program progress, results, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a program or project leadership role
Proven track record managing complex, multi-faceted programs from inception to completion
Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams
Excellent budget management and resource planning abilities
Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Skills:
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
